Congratulations to Dr. Mir Ishfaq for the 2025 ASM Student Paper Award

We are delighted to share that Dr. Mir Ishfaq, a recent PhD graduate from our lab, has been selected to receive the prestigious "2025 ASM Student Paper Award" by the American Society of Metals (ASM) International.

The recognition comes from his research article titled "Establishing Aluminum-Oxygen (Al-O) equilibria in liquid iron at 1873 K: An experimental study and thermodynamic analysis". This research article is published in Metallurgical and Materials Transactions B by Mir Ishfaq and Manish M. Pande.
